The role reports to the Managing Directors and Office Manager and will liaise and provide information to the external accountants who produce detailed management accounts. Part-time Accounts/Bookkeeper - Role • 90 % of this role will be working remotely and 10% working in the office when required. • Full management of the Sales Ledger both sterling and euros. • Full management of the Purchase Ledger. • Reconciliation of bank accounts both sterling and euro accounts. • Posting and reconciling petty cash. • Posting and reconciling credit card. • Preparation and submission of Vat Returns. • Preparation of payroll, including pension submissions. • Production of management information including quarterly management accounts. • Preparation of year end information for the external accountants. • Working mainly independently but liaising with the accountants. • Cash flow management. Our client is an established and growing logistics business, currently recruiting a Transport Planner to join their Yorkshire transport operation. This position is full-time, permanent and can be based at their Thirsk office.   The Transport Planner will be allocated a specific regional team / desk to work within and will need to develop key relationships with the Transport Management Team, the planning and customer services team, and frontline staff to deliver a customer focused, cost efficient and compliant service for the business. The Transport planner will have regular contact with our client’s customer base, stakeholders, and 3rd party partners so strong organisation and communication skills are key!   Transport Planner – Key Focus • Work with the team covering an assigned planning desk, ensuring proper day to day routing of the fleet, daily communication with all drivers. Our client is an established electronics manufacturer based in North Yorkshire. Due to continued grow, they are currently recruiting for multiple Electronic Assemblers to join their team. The successful candidates will be skilled Hand Assemblers of Electronics. Good hand soldering and rework skills are essential. Hand Electronic Assembler responsibilities: • Work as a member of our team reporting to the production Manager/ Supervisor. • Operate modern electronic equipment including Semi-Automatic and fully automatic SMT machines. Experience not essential as full training will be given within this area. • Ensure that quality standards are maintained. • Engage with any opportunity to improve processes. Hand Electronic Assembler requirements: • Previous soldering experience desired and is essential. • Ability to produce work of high quality. • Reliable and conscientious. • Eager to become familiar with ISO and IPC quality standards. IPC trained would be ideal but full training will be given. • Computer literate. Electronic Assemblers offering £19500 - £20000, full-time, permanent on-site position. Hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm. All successful candidates will be contacted within 5 days of application. The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing a wide variety of used vehicles in preparation for auction. The Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist can be based from our client’s Yorkshire office or have the flexibility to work remotely. Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist – Key Accountabilities • Utilise tools and expertise to effectively value vehicles in line with market conditions. • Maximisation of margin and conversion rates through the effective valuation of vehicles. • Action valuations in a timely, efficient and effective manner. • Set reserves in line with market conditions utilising industry knowledge and expertise. • Assist the purchasing team in resolves customer issues and reviewing previous valuation requests. • Work with Purchasing and Sales Support colleagues to translate technical and complex information into meaningful customer interventions.
