5.6. All data relating to your CV and job history is retained for a period 36 months or until you request it be removed, whichever is sooner
5.6.1 For any personal data required to process payroll (if you have worked for Us on a temporary assignment) will be retained for the statutory minimum period of 6 years.
6. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
6.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 5,
6.2 All of your data is stored in the UK. However, some or all of your data may be transferred and stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). 8.1 We may share your data with other companies for the processing of payroll if you are working with us as a Temporary Worker.

Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
