What can you expect from our Workshop?

Step 1 – Our Initial Consultation

Before the workshop, our Director, Heidi Birch, will arrange a call to discuss your current recruitment strategies, key challenges, and desired outcomes. This conversation will cover your recruitment process, existing policies and procedures, key metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire, as well as any bottlenecks, sector-specific factors, and growth goals. From there, we move on to Step 2 – the delivery of the workshop!

Step 2 – The Delivery of our Bespoke Workshop

The workshop will be an engaging blend of presentations, activities, and open discussions covering a range of topics. These include setting clear objectives and expectations, understanding hiring needs, and enhancing employer branding. It will also explore talent management and candidate experience, sourcing strategies, effective selection and interviewing methods, ending with the development of a recruitment strategy.
