Keeping focused and motivated, remembering, the best things come to those who don’t give up!

This morning, whilst I painted my little girl’s nails (rainbow colours ?) and danced to Moana in the kitchen, I was reminded how important remaining positive and motivated is! If not for me, for my family.
It made me think about how much I genuinely love my job!
– The pride I take in providing a shortlist of quality candidates, constantly reminding myself, you are only as good as your last placement!
– Introducing exceptional candidates to their next career opportunity, knowing they are a strong match to the business’s role, company and culture.
– The feeling of ‘adding value’ to a business’s success by placing talented professionals, whilst helping a candidate reach their career objectives.
– Knowing both candidates and clients appreciate my friendly, honest and transparent approach (their words – not mind ?)
I just wanted to say, whether you are a fellow recruiter or currently in search of your next career opportunity … the optimist in me says “stay positive and remain proactive”. As I initially said, “the best things come to those who don’t give up!”
