When Heidi first contacted me, I had been contacted by several agencies in the same week and they were all merging into one. What made Heidi stand out from the others was that she has an excellent telephone manner and made me feel at ease. I felt that I could be honest about why I wanted to leave my job without being judged. Heidi keeps to her word, when she says she will call back she will, and sometimes that call back was within a couple of hours.
Heidi is open and honest and encouraged me to really think about this new role and attend the first round of interviews to gauge my feelings for the job. Heidi liaised very well between myself and my new manager, not only did I attend the first round of interviews, but I was also offered the job. Due to the relationship Heidi had created with my new manager I received the feedback of the offer within 2 hours of the interview.
