As a start-up business finding the right candidate at the first time of looking was essential. Working closely with Technical Prospects took all of the stress and most of the ground work out of the hiring process. From the initial call to go over the type of candidate I was looking for, through the CV review process and scheduling interviews, everything was taken care of; I just had to say which candidates I would see.
The experience of the candidates put forward was excellent and it showed that Technical Prospects had really listened and understood the brief given to them.
