I originally applied for a position via Technical Prospects with some hesitation due to my previous experience with recruitment agencies. However, as soon as I spoke to Heidi it became apparent that herself and Technical Prospects was something different. As we spoke about my CV and the available role, it was clear that she had taken the time to really consider my skill set and the match to the role.
