I had recently been made redundant after working in a specialist environment and role for several years, so was very new to the job market. Heidi contacted me, and made me feel very confident about my CV and the skills that I could bring to a new position, allaying any nerves that I had. She was very informative about the company and what the job would entail, convincing me that I was the new team member that the company was looking for. I was invited to interview, and Heidi was on hand to coach me, keeping me informed of what the interview processes would be. After both interview’s, she contacted me to provide encouraging feedback, and ultimately congratulate me on being the successful candidate.
