Heidi Birch, Director of Technical Prospects, graduated a BA Hons HRM degree in 2001 and has since achieved MCIPD status. With over 25 years’ recruitment experience, Heidi realises, for a client to trust a recruiter to work exclusively and know they are in safe hands … is not a given but is earned through delivering what is agreed.
With a proven track record of recruiting technical and commercial positions, Heidi is most proud of the client relationships developed over the years, being seen as a trusted recruiter for all recruitment needs and thriving on the challenge of placing those hard to fill positions.
