I am sure you can all agree, 2020 has been very different to any we have seen before, both personally and professionally. So, I wanted to start the month by sharing some festive cheer and wishing all my clients and contacts a Merry Christmas!
I am sure most companies have had to make changes by improving and enhancing their offering to clients. For me, I took the opportunity to implement a new CRM database and invest in cutting edge video technology. I believe it completes my offering perfectly as a Quality Recruiter!
It is lovely to see increased employment activity. I have seen a good number of my LinkedIn network secure positions and many companies adapting and offering flexible working or homebased opportunities. I know recently I have sourced a number of homebased workers.
